New Delhi, March 3 -- Any policy making in the Government setup must account for uncertainty, with a focus on a comprehensive framework and an outcome-oriented constructive mindset, said PK Mishra, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, in an interaction during a recent Business Standard Manthan Summit in the national Capital.
