NEW DELHI, March 25 -- Demonstrating the strength and unity of the Opposition, INDIA alliance parties-Congress, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the left parties-have announced to hold a "maha rally" at Delhi Ramlila Maidan on March 31 against the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister and AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal to "safeguard the country's interests and democracy".

"We will hold a 'maha rally' at Ramlila Maidan on March 31 against what is happening in the country. The top leadership of the INDIA bloc will participate in the event," Delhi Minister and AAP's Delhi convenor Gopal Rai during a press conference on Sunday said.
