In house state-of-the-art laundry plant inaugurated at AIIMS Bhopal

BHOPAL, May 22 -- State-of-the-art in-house laundry plant was inaugurated on Tuesday at AIIMS Bhopal marking a significant step towards enhancing patient care and hygiene.

The inaugural ceremony was led by the Executive Director of AIIMS Bhopal, Professor (Dr) Ajai Singh, who highlighted the critical benefits of this new facility for patient well-being and hospital operations.

Professor Singh emphasized, "With the start of the in-house laundry plant, patients will be able to get better and cleaner bed sheets, blankets, pillows, and other essentials. From the beginning, space was available for a laundry facility within the hospital, but the plant could not be operationalized earlier, necessitating the outsourcing of laundry services.
