Bhopal, March 17 -- Under the leadership of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, important decisions have been taken for the systematic development of cities along with promoting industrial development and investors in the state. The process of 2 metropolitan areas (metropolis) in the state is being carried out by the Urban Development and Housing Department.
The process of developing the first metropolitan area by combining Indore-Ujjain-Dewas and Dhar is underway. Similarly, the process of developing the second metropolitan area by combining Bhopal-Sehore-Raisen-Vidisha-Biora (Rajgarh) is in progress. Their formation will help in establishing Madhya Pradesh as an economic development centre.
