Jamshedpur, April 30 -- A virtual meeting of the District-level Mining Task Force was held under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhagirath Prasad, following directives from the District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal. The meeting focused on curbing illegal mining, transportation, and storage of minerals across the district.
During the meeting, all Circle Officers and Station House Officers were instructed to maintain strict vigilance over illegal mining activities in their respective areas.
