Bhopal, April 18 -- The incident that occurred on April 15 in Sanjaynagar, a slum cluster in Shahjahanabad, has now been officially attributed to illegal electricity theft, as revealed in an investigation report submitted today by the Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board (MPSEB). The report outlines the technical reasons that led to the tragic electrocution of a 25-year-old resident, Satish Kakote.
