India, Dec. 22 -- The team from IIT Kanpur emerged as the winner of the National Finale of NTPC's Electron Quiz 2025, held on December 19 at the company's Power Management Institute (PMI) in Noida. The duo - Aditya Padhi and Sparsh Pradeep Jain - bagged the top spot with a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh after a closely fought contest among premier engineering and management institutes. The first runner-up position went to IIM Lucknow's Prashant Singh Chauhan and Nishchay Shopurkar, who received Rs 60,000, while IIM Calcutta's Kumar Kirti and Sivadharshan S took the third spot, winning Rs 40,000.
