New Delhi, March 8 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta quoted a famous shayari by Urdu poet Rahat Indori to underline that she would be no pushover despite having no major administrative experience. Speaking at the private news channel Conclave, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, a first-time MLA from Shalimar Bagh, said she felt like the 'naayika' (heroine) from the Bollywood movie 'Nayak' on assuming the top post and asserted that it was not a "lottery" but an honour for all daughters of the country.
