Ranchi, April 12 -- HEC management has once again started the process of surrendering the allotted quarters, which was suspended for the last several months. Under this process, employees who resigned from HEC and took up jobs in other companies or who have built their own houses can surrender their quarters. Earlier, the management had not taken any action despite these employees applying for the process of surrendering quarters, due to which they had to pay rent at the market rate fixed by the management, which was two to three times more than the normal rate.
