Ranchi, June 21 -- The incessant rain which lashed across Jharkhand on June 18 and June 19 came to halt on Friday. However, the wet spell is likely to continue and as per the predictions, there is a possibility of heavy rain accompanied with thunderstorm and lightning activity in some districts till June 25.
The Meteorological Center, Ranchi has stated that on June 21, parts of northeastern and northwestern Jharkhand are likely to experience heavy showers along with a statewide warning for thunderstorm that has also been issued. For June 22 and June 23, isolated places across the State may witness thunderstorm and lightning activity.
