Bhopal, May 28 -- The spell of stormy weather and rainfall continues to affect several districts across Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal was lashed with evening showers after an intensely humid and hot day on Tuesday which was much needed relief from harsh prevailing weather; a bus turned up-side down in heavy downpour in Shujalpur-Pachor National Highway.
On Tuesday, cities like Bhopal, Indore, and Ujjain witnessed consistent rain accompanied by strong winds blowing at speeds between 30 to 50 kilometers per hour. Light drizzle began in Bhopal around 4 pm, which gradually intensified, leading to poor visibility in areas such as Bhanpur, where vehicles were forced to switch on headlights during daylight hours.
