Bhopal, Feb. 11 -- Reviewing preparations for a key child health and nutrition campaign in the state capital on Monday, district health officials spoke of strengthening reporting and monitoring systems to ensure the success of the campaign.

Phase two of the Dastak campaign for child health and nutrition will commence on February 18 to conduct follow-up checks for anaemia and administer Vitamin A shots to children between nine months and five years of age.

According to officials, the campaign will include blood tests using digital haemoglobinometers for children who were found to be anaemic during the first phase o the campaign.
