Dehradun, May 1 -- The Medical Health and Family Welfare Department of Uttarakhand has come forward to the rescue of the beleaguered Community Action and Motivation Programme (CAMP), the company selected for operation of 108 emergency ambulance service. The company has come under cloud even before it took over the operation of service from GVK EMRI as it was blamed for hiring inexperienced outsiders. On Tuesday the director general ( DG) health services, Dr Ravindra Thapliyal said that all the employees of the company are domiciled residents of Uttarakhand.
