Chandigarh, Sept. 12 -- The Haryana Assembly elections, expected to be held next month, will see 1.83 crore voters exercise their franchise.

To increase the voting percentage, a special campaign will be launched by the Office of Haryana Chief Electoral Officer under which each polling booth in every Assembly Constituency will be covered.

This came out in a review meeting on preparations for the Assembly elections in Haryana organised by the Election Commission of India here on Wednesday. The meeting was chaired by Senior Deputy Election Commissioner, Election Commission of India Sandeep Saxena.
