Chandigarh, July 11 -- aryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini visited the Divya Jyoti Jagriti Sansthan in Nur Mahal, Jalandhar and took part in the Guru Purnima event organised on Thursday. Union Minister of State for Railways Ravneet Singh Bittu accompanied the Chief Minister at the event.
On the occasion, Saini bowed to the portrait of Ashutosh Maharaj of Divya Jyoti Jagriti Sansthan and took his blessings. He said, "This sacred day gives us an opportunity to express gratitude to the great Gurus who, by bestowing the light of knowledge, taught us the right way to live."
