Chandigarh, May 6 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Monday said that the State Cabinet has strongly condemned the resolution passed by the Punjab Vidhan Sabha over water sharing issue. Talking to Reporters after the Cabinet meeting in Chandigarh, he said that Punjab is indulging in petty politics over the water distribution. Earlier, Punjab had passed a resolution in its Vidhan Sabha regarding the SYL issue.

Saini said that water is a natural resource and a national heritage.
