BHOPAL, Feb. 3 -- Governor Mangubhai Patel on Sunday attended the fourth convocation of Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University Chhatarpur. Governor Shri Patel awarded gold medals and degrees to the students in the ceremony. He also launched the publications of the university. The Governor conferred the degree of MCBU Doctor of Science on the Saraswat guest of the ceremony and Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi.
