BHOPAL, Jan. 28 -- Governor Mangubhai Patel said that the cultural heritage of our state is deeply rooted and has been safeguarded for generations. He highlighted the collective responsibility of both the people and the system to work in unison for the preservation and promotion of folk culture and arts. Governor Patel was speaking at the Lokrang program, where he also extended warm wishes to everyone on the occasion of Republic Day.
