Ranchi, Feb. 28 -- Governor-cum-Chancellor of Jharkhand State Universities, Santosh Kumar Gangwar has expressed serious concern over the quality of the building construction of Nilambar-Pitambar University, Palamu. Serious irregularities have been found in the report submitted by the investigation committee constituted on his direction. According to the report, the quality of the construction work is not in accordance with the approved estimate and the contractor has done low quality work. This situation has arisen due to lack of proper monitoring by the engineers and officials of Jharkhand Building Construction Corporation.
