Bhopal, April 28 -- A shocking incident unfolded late on Saturday night at Rani Kamlapati railway station when a group of drunk youths attacked a Government Railway Police (GRP) personnel during an operation to enforce closure of shops and restaurants. The attack occurred around 2:00 am, when GRP officials arrived at Bansal One to ensure that the station's commercial establishments adhered to the closure orders.
During the operation, the officers encountered a group of youths consuming alcohol inside a car. When instructed to vacate the area, the situation quickly escalated into a violent confrontation. The youths, under the influence of alcohol, began arguing with the officers, which soon turned hostile.
