Bhopal, May 17 -- A team of groundwater experts led by senior scientist Rakesh Singh from the Central Ground Water Board conducted a survey of water sources in Vidisha district as part of the ongoing Jal Ganga Samwardhan Campaign. The survey, which aims to evaluate water availability, is part of a broader initiative across the state to develop recharge structures for sustaining water sources ahead of the monsoon season.

As part of the campaign, structures will be built to recharge water sources and ensure the continuity of the single tap water schemes in rural areas.
