DURG, Sept. 22 -- Foreign entrepreneurs who came to participate in International Buyer-Seller Meet conducted field visit on Saturday at Dhaurabhata of Dhamda block, where 18 varieties of fruits are cultivated on a 450- acre of organic orchard.
The farm grows Balanagar strain of custard apple (sitafal) of large variant in 150 acres of land. The team from Saudi Arabia showed keenness to procure the fruit and assured to send a technical team to study the future prospects. The variety has 80 percent pulp. The team also visited the processing plant.
