India, Oct. 1 -- Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has expressed deep condolences on the passing away of veteran BJP leader, former Chief Executive Councillor and first Delhi BJP president Professor Vijay Kumar Malhotra,(93). In a statement, the Delhi government said the state government will conduct his funeral with full honors on Wednesday.
The BJP veteran, who was undergoing treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) for the past few days, passed away on Tuesday around 6 am. His mortal remains will be kept at the BJP office on Pandit Pant Marg from 12 noon to 2 pm on October 1 for mourners to pay their last respects.
