India, Nov. 5 -- Delhi Government has planned a grand function to mark the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur, including a Kirtan Darbar on the lawns of Red Fort.

Minister for art, culture and language Kapil Mishra on Tuesday held a high-level meeting to review the preparations. Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa also attended the meeting.

The meeting focused on coordination among departments, arrangements, and outlining the programme schedule. It was decided that several cultural, spiritual and public participation events dedicated to the life, philosophy and supreme sacrifice of Guru Tegh Bahadur will be organised at various locations across Delhi.
