New Delhi, July 29 -- Lok Sabha on Monday witnessed blistering debate on Operation Sindoor, with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh saying the operation was paused as the armed forces had achieved the desired politico-military objectives and asserted that there was no pressure to end it. The Opposition, meanwhile, demanded Home Minister Amit Shah to take responsibility for security lapse in Pahalgam terror attack and asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to answer to US President Donald Trump's claims on bringing ceasefire.
