Gurugram, May 20 -- The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) has successfully installed 29 CCTV cameras at Bandhwari landfill site and 16 CCTV cameras at 14 secondary garbage collection points to monitor waste management operations, prevent illegal dumping and track waste transportation trucks in the city.
Additionally, 26 smart floodlights have also been installed at these locations to for enhanced night monitoring and tracking services. All the 45 CCTV cameras installed in total have been linked with the Integrated Command and Control Center (ICCC) in GMDA.
