New Delhi, April 7 -- In an effort to combat period poverty, Girlyveda, a brand dedicated to women's health and wellness, has donated 30,000 sanitary pads to underprivileged women and girls across different sections of society.

Since launching its pad donation campaign on January 26 last year, Girlyveda has been reaching out to those in need -whether on roadsides, in homeless camps, or through NGOs - to ensure menstrual hygiene is not a privilege but a basic right.
