Garhwa, May 15 -- Following reports of irregularities within the Public Distribution System (PDS), District Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner Shekhar Jamuar has taken decisive action. The DC has immediately revoked the licenses of two PDS shopkeepers: Sanjay Prasad Gupta from Meral village, operating under license number 18/1996, and Bodhan Singh from Baghwar village in the Bhandaria Block, operating under license number 10/2004. These revocations are a result of violations against the terms of their licenses and relevant clauses within the Jharkhand Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order.
