Gurugram, March 3 -- In a shocking incident, a family from an upscale condominium was held hostage in their car for feeding stray dogs.
The residents of the society alleged that the dogs have bitten children recently, the police said on Tuesday.
The neighbours allegedly surrounded the family's car when they returned home on Monday night. The protesting residents did not allow them to come out of their vehicle. The incident took place at Vatika 21 Sector-83 in Gurugram.
