BHOPAL, Feb. 13 -- A fresh wave of winter is set to sweep across Madhya Pradesh starting February 13, bringing a drop in temperatures by 2 to 3 degrees over the next two days. The mercury is expected to dip below 10 degrees Celsius in five major cities-Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Ujjain, and Jabalpur.

Currently, the state is experiencing mild cold conditions with cool mornings and nights. On Monday night, temperatures recorded in major cities were: Bhopal at 15.7degC, Indore at 14.4degC, Gwalior at 11.3degC, Ujjain at 11.5degC, and Jabalpur at 13.6degC. Seoni recorded the highest night temperature at 17degC, while cities such as Chhindwara, Narmadapuram, Betul, Khargone, Dhar, and Sagar reported temperatures ranging between 15-16degC.
