New Delhi, May 12 -- Delhi Police on Sunday detained four Bangladeshi nationals found allegedly residing unlawfully in the national capital.

The deportation process has been promptly initiated with the assistance of the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO), police said.

The staff of the Vasant Vihar police station, South West district has completed the operation.

The detained individuals have been identified as Asadul (30), Arif (19), Asia Begum (47) and Zuhur Ali (80), all originally residents of village Phoolwadi, district Kudigram in Bangladesh.
