Ranchi, Feb. 28 -- On the lines of the prestigious Word Power Championship, the state level FLN Championship is being organized for the first time by the Department of School Education and Literacy of the State Government. For the state level competition, school children from class 2 to 5 will have to qualify four rounds. First of all, children will be selected at the school level for the cluster level competition. After the cluster level competition, the selected children will get the opportunity to participate in the block, then district and then state level competition.
