Kolkata, Feb. 5 -- The Trinamool Congress on Sunday alleged that the BJP Government was indulging in "fiscal federal terrorism" by getting the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General to indulge in "malicious propaganda."
Saying that the claims made by the BJP citing CAG reports that utilization certificates of previous central grants had not been provided by the Bengal Government to the Centre --- leading to the stoppage of the future funds for MNREGA,, rural housing and other projects --- TMC Rajya Sabha MP Derek O'Brien on Sunday said that "this is fiscal federal terrorism" the BJP's claim citing CAG reports were "nothing but an attempt to target Bengal because they cannot take on the TMC politically."
