New Delhi, May 25 -- In two separate fire incidents in Delhi, three people were injured in a house blaze in the Lahori Gate area, while a massive fire and explosion led to the collapse of a factory building in Bawana on Saturday, said officials.
The first incident occurred around 3:40 am on Friday when a fire broke out at a residence on Shraddhanand Marg in the Farsh Khana area, under Lahori Gate. According to a Delhi Fire Services (DFS) official, five fire tenders were immediately dispatched to the site. The blaze was traced to a cluster of 15 electric meter boards located on the building's ground floor, which also set a parked motorcycle on fire.
