Ranchi, March 5 -- An FIR has been lodged against chairman of the sixth Jharkhand International Film Festival (JIFFA), Rishi Prakash Mishra held at Morhabadi Ground in Ranchi. This FIR has been lodged by Executive Magistrate Zafar Hasnat at Lalpur police station.
It has been alleged in the FIR that pictures of Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar, Chief Minister Hemant Soren and official people of the State were used without permission in the JIFFA event, which is legally wrong.
