DALTONGANJ, April 17 -- An FIR has been lodged against the BJP block president of Manatu Satender Yadav on charges of his making sexual assault on a girl.
The FIR was lodged on April 15. The accused BJP block president has gone into hiding. Police are making raids and searches to fish him out.
Officer in charge of the Manatu police station Nirmal Oraon said the victim girl has given her complaint in writing against Satender Yadav.
She has just named him and no other else. The victim girl is also a Yadav, added the police officer. About the age of the victim girl, the police officer said "There is no aadhar card of the victim girl nor has she any certificate of birth."
