Jammu, April 17 -- At a time when the ruling party in Jammu and Kashmir was already witnessing 'internal strife' and struggling to meet the expectations of the common masses, former RAW Chief AS Dulat has further compounded the miseries of Dr Farooq Abdullah by claiming in his recent book that he had privately backed the Centre's move to Abrogate the Article 370 in August 2019.
Both Dr Farooq Abdullah and his son, Omar Abdullah, had met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on August 4, 2019.
