Ranchi, May 11 -- Farmers of Jharkhand are not labourers, but owners. The agricultural farmers of the state will have to play their role as owners. They can generate employment worth lakhs on their own land with the help of advanced agriculture. The schemes of the Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperative Department are providing better opportunities to the farmers, said Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperative Minister Shilpi Neha Tirkey while addressing the district level Krishi Karmshala cum Training Program at Banhora Jatra Ground, Ranchi on Saturday.
