Ranchi, April 23 -- Former Deputy Mayor Ranchi Ajay Nath Shahdev inaugurated the Sector-03 HEC Colony branch of Fantasy Cultural Academy on Tuesday. On the occasion, he congratulated and wished the Academy's Director. Keya Ghosh, Ginia Ghosh and their team encouraged the children.
