BOKARO, May 7 -- Former Bokaro MLA Biranchi Narayan met with the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Adra Division on Tuesday, demanding the organized rehabilitation of footpath vendors outside Bokaro Steel City railway station. These vendors, who had been operating since the station's establishment in 1966, lost their shops in a devastating fire on the night of April 24.

Since the incident, the local railway administration has not allowed them to resume operations, putting their families in a livelihood crisis.
