NEW DELHI, Oct. 22 -- The Delhi Police on Monday organised Commem-oration Day Parade in remembrance of 292 Police personnel who laid down their lives in serving their forces from September 1, 2018 till August 31, 2019. The Parade was held at New Police Lines Ground, Kingsway Camp in the national Capital.
Special Commissioner of Police (GA) Rajesh Malik read out the names of 292 martyrs of Delhi Police and State and Central Police Organisation-wise number of personnel who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. In all, 292 police personnel including 10 of Delhi Police were killed while serving in their respective forces.
