Bhopal, June 8 -- On the occasion of Eid al-Adha (Bakrid), thousands of Muslims across the city of Bhopal gathered to offer special prayers, seeking blessings for the well-being of the nation and the safety of the people of Palestine.
The main congregational prayers were held at the Eidgah, led by Shahar Qazi Mushtaq Ali Nadvi, and at the Taj-ul-Masajid, where Maulana Hassan Sahab led the prayers. Worshippers prayed for peace in the country, justice, healing for the sick, and relief for Palestinian brothers and sisters suffering due to conflict, hunger, and dire circumstances.
