Dehradun, Nov. 16 -- After the historic judgement of the Supreme Court (SC) in the Ramjanmabhoomi case, the education department of Uttarakhand is hoping that the highest court would start hearing in the guest faculty case of the State. The important case was listed in the court of the Chief Justice of India (CJI) Ranjan Gogoi for hearing but as he was busy with the Ramjanmabhoomi case, the case of guest teachers was pending for long. It is pertinent to mention here that a constitutional bench of SC consisting of five judges headed by CJI was engaged in a day to day hearing of the politically sensitive Ramjanambhoomi- Babri Masjid land dispute case.
