New Delhi/Patna, July 7 -- Days after the Opposition dubbed Election Commission of India (ECI)'s Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls as votebandi, the Bihar Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) on Sunday eased the rules of the ongoing exercise for voters and asked people to submit filled-out electoral forms without the requisite documents if they do not possess them. Booth-Level Officers (BLOs) have been asked to upload all the completed forms, while the documents can be submitted later.
