Ranchi, Feb. 10 -- The Eastern Command Investiture Ceremony 2025 will be conducted at Ranchi Military Station to honour the Bravehearts, distinguished personnel and outstanding units on the 12th of February 2025. Lieutenant General RC Tiwari, GOC-in-C Eastern Command will confer the Gallantry and Distinguished Service awards to the recipients during the investiture ceremony.
During the ceremony, 42 awardees including 21 Sena Medals (Gallantry), 05 Sena Medals (Distinguished), 02 Bar To Sena Medal (Distinguished), 02 Yudh Seva Medals, 01 Bar To Vishisht Seva Medal and 11 Vishisht Seva Medals will be presented with medals. In addition, 45 Units will be awarded GOC-in-C, Eastern Command Unit appreciation during the ceremony.
