New Delhi, May 24 -- The poems by former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee have found a place in Delhi University's postgraduate English curriculum. The move was officially approved on Friday at a meeting of the university's Executive Council, following prior clearance by the Academic Council. Aman Kumar, a member of the Executive Council, confirmed the development, noting that the proposal had followed the standard academic procedure.

"The Academic Council passed the proposal on May 10. After that, it was proposed to the Executive Council for final approval. Today, the EC passed it too," he said.

Vajpayee's works have been included under the paper Post-Independence Indian Literatures in the first semester of the MA English program. Kno...
