BHOPAL, Feb. 11 -- n A major security lapse was exposed at Bhopal railway station on Sunday evening when a heavily intoxicated man lay down on the tracks of platform number two, causing panic among passengers. The incident, which occurred around 7:35 PM, raised serious concerns over the station's security measures.
According to eyewitnesses, the man, identified as Vinod, was in an inebriated state and appeared completely unaware of his surroundings. As a goods train approached on the mainline, he suddenly lay down on the tracks, putting his life at risk. Alarmed by the situation, passengers immediately informed railway officials. However, their response was reportedly delayed.
This is not the first such incident at Bhopal railway station....
