BOKARO, March 7 -- Ayush Lachhiramka of DPS Bokaro has qualified for the Indian National Mathematical Olympiad (INMO) and secured a spot in the International Mathematical Olympiad Training Camp (IMOTC) 2025. He is the only student from Bihar and Jharkhand to achieve this feat.

Competing in Category 'A' (Classes VIII-XI), Ayush scored 41 points, surpassing the IMOTC cutoff of 31. The camp, organized by Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE), will be held at Chennai Mathematical Institute from May 8 to May 31, 2025.

DPS Bokaro Principal Dr. A.S. Gangwar congratulated Ayush and wished him success in the next stages.
