Ranchi, March 3 -- Doctors' Wives Association organized a 3 km Walkathon on Sunday, 2nd March in Bapu Vatika, Morabadi Ground at 6:30 am. The Walkathon was flagged off by Mrs. Meera Munda and inaugurated by Chairperson of DWA Vinita Sharan and Founder and Co-Chairperson Jhooma Sarkar. District Sports Officer Sri Shivendra Singh and his team cooperated in conducting the event smoothly. Vitalia Hospital provided emergency back-up with an ambulance and medical team. Apart from DWA members, non-DWA participants also registered in large numbers. Participation certificates were distributed by Mrs. Meera Munda.
