India, Dec. 23 -- Reinforcing the idea that persons with disabilities seek opportunity, not sympathy, the nine-day Divya Kala Mela organised by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, concluded successfully today at Kartavya Path, India Gate. Held from 13 to 21 December 2025, the mela emerged as a compelling national platform showcasing the entrepreneurial strength, creative excellence and economic contribution of Divyang artisans and entrepreneurs from across the country.
